The UConn School of Social Work

Some design ages like fine wine and some of it ages like SSW's old website. Everything had to be reconsidered during this demolition &rebuild, from look and feel to content reorganization. Working closely with the stakeholders my team and I brought this site into the modern age and helped improve engagement.

Animation

Animation Demo Reel

There's nothing more exciting than taking a design and bringing it to life through animation. I've been working in After Effects for 9+ years, adding bits of pizzazz, glitter, and spice to static designs.

I've worked on projects for companies like VH1, Country Music Television, McDonalds, WGBH, Suddenlink, AT&T, P.Diddy, Hulk Hogan, Walmart, Bradley International Airport, Commuter Connections, & Odonnell Company... just to name a few bunch.

A Little Bit About Me

Born and Raised in Connecticut | Coding Since 2006

Helping people and businesses tell their (digital) stories is my passion. I'm constantly seeking out better ways to work and love learning new techniques. I currently lead, mentor, and coach a small team of designers at the University of Connecticut.

I've always been a stickler for efficiency in everything I do, whether that's designing a new website or carrying far too many bags of groceries in from the car. There's no problem too complex or design too challenging to not dive into head first.

UX/UI designers are there to make technology easier and more pleasant to use because at the end of the day if you're not enjoying the experience you're not going to come back.

Thanks for stopping by!
-Brian
